Wilki, the MFSL was The Game not Jazz. Cheers.

Queen's Back Catalogue Universal Music for EMI
Wilki, just make sure you give the DCC ANATO the space it deserves in your article. It is the only good remaster. Actually, its absolutely magnificent. Everything else is a compressed, harsh, horrendous mess in compar...

REISSUE OF GH1 & GH2
They won't be released in the US. But, they'll most likely be rubbish anyway so I wouldn't be too bothered.

REISSUE OF GH1 & GH2
Adding drums samples... re-recording drum sounds.... Ah, no thanks. I'll take the "cardboard box" sound over someone fiddling with how they think they should sound and second guessing what they think Queen may have wa...

REISSUE OF GH1 & GH2
It's a question of philosophy - what do you want to hear. Do you want to hear, how the records sounded in those days - due to limitations of technical equipment in those days? Or do you want to hear, how the band r e...

REISSUE OF GH1 & GH2
But remixing will just be a current producers/engineers take on the tracks. I acknowledge that they might turn out great, and I'd certainly be interested in hearing the tracks renewed under a new mix. I'd also bet tha...

REISSUE OF GH1 & GH2
They haven't been remastered properly yet, so let's have that first before we mess with remixing. I'd much rather a quality remastering of the studios before a third party bastardises them with remixing. Apart from th...

REISSUE OF GH1 & GH2
Ludwig is doing them, so that's promising. Should give us a taste of how the studio's may sound with his remastering. He nailed ANATO I thought. It's just so exciting waiting to get my 14th copy of GH1 and GH2, I can...

Highest Quality Collection of Queen?
This is a very difficult list to compile properly. I haven't ever heard of anyone with an exhaustive list of all releases to compare them properly. It's pointless just comparing the Hollywood 91, EMI 94 and Japan 01/0...

Where is this?
It just doesn't quite look to be The LA Forum.... could it be the Montreal Forum circa 1977?

cosmos rocks not enough promotion
Listened for a week, never played since and will never play it again. You guys must have ALOT of spare time to still be giving this a spin. I flip open my CD storage drawer and thumb through the real Queen albums and...

album reissues with Universal confirmed on the 40th Anniversary
rhyeking, I strongly disagree that HR's remasters are "top notch". The '91 CD's are absolutely woeful. Ditto, the 2009 vinyl cut from badly remastered digital. Not that EMI have done much better.

album reissues with Universal confirmed on the 40th Anniversary
If Universal can somehow remove Brian, Roger and staff from the process, and do a Mobile Fidelity type job on remastering the studio back catalogue I'll be very happy (and for once, pleasantly surprised). Throw in som...

sterile discussions (archivist/Queen+PR.. etc etc..)
Soundfreak, seriously, those Beatles remasters are absolutely superb. I think they go FAR beyond some level boosts and compression. Zep, Floyd, the Stones all seem to handle their "brand" with far more panache than Qu...

the remastered vinyls, digitally remastered?
Steer well clear of the remastered vinyls, brittle, distorted, harsh. All the things vinyl shouldn't be.Apparently QP knew very little of these remastered vinyls Justin didn't even know they had been taken from digita...

Is the Queen Archivists job being undermined?
Just box up a set of vinyl studio albums remastered properly from the analogue masters of the same quality as A Day at the Races millennium edition and I'll pay whatever is on the sticker. This won't ever happen of co...

Tourstart 28.3.05 London Brixton Academy
Still no other tour dates for London, rip off price, crap lottery, man its hard work being a Queen fan! Now need to cancel holidays and pay a tout. What's wrong with announcing full dates at once, releasing tickets th...

brian and roger 'rock'n'roll' cover
Yep, they definitely did it at Melbourne WWRY aftershow. Rufus on drums, Roger on vocal, Bri on guitar.

Do They Know It's Christmas?
I recall that they were going for the "new and funky" artists of the time and overlooked the bands that had "been around a while". Although I could be completely wrong, it's in the back of my memory somewhere!

"Radio Ga Ga" by Electric Six
You weren't the guy in the Queen jumper at the Brixton gig were you?
