this wasn't mannheim!I think these shots came from the well-know budapest show.
Somebody KNOWS they've misrepresented that as Mannheim.
Still, Youtube is developing a new purpose - how to tell whether someone has the faintest idea what they're talking about...

Yeah it's annoying when footage is misrepresented like that. seems to be a different source than the official vhs i think.
No it isn't from Budapest show,he didn't wear this shirt in Budapest-show. He had another.
Some of it looks like its from Budapest, but Hammer to Fall is different when you compare to the two of them, for a start the part that plays on budapest has Freddie donig some sort of rolling around the floor, on the version posted he is standing up, that part alone has to come from some other source, its certainly not Budapest. Here it is on the offical one, around 7.40-7.50 is the part of HTF that plays on the clip:

As for the other clips, I'll have a little look, Bo Rhap is very hard to tell from what I've seen.
CLTCL is from Budapest, exactly the same. You can't see the rest of the stage when Freddie is doing the clapping but if you compare 1.01 on this clip below to 18 seconds on the other one every thing on the set (look at the guitar behind John) and John is the same.

It's definitely not Budapest, but it's obvious that someone has gone through the trouble to synch the Mannheim audio to some other footage... I'm just not sure which!
This is from Mannheim: http://img166.imageshack.us/my.php?image=860621mannheim03ub2.jpg
Let's also keep in mind that Freddie wore that shirt with the "86" on it for much of the Mannheim show: http://img209.imageshack.us/my.php?image=860621mannheim10db4.jpg
I can be pretty sure this video isn't from Mannheim, simply because the footage of A Kind Of Magic seems to be in the dark (indoors, perhaps), and Mannheim was an outdoor gig - and it was still light outside, that early into the concert.
But the question remains, which show is the footage actually from?

It’s easy to tell it’s not from Mannheim. In Mannheim Freddie wore just white pants with gold down the middle, in that video he has got the red and gold pants on. Unless he changed his pants during the concert.
The camera angles generally seem to be consistant with the Mannheim footage we already have (Champions)
the video is from sweeden for sure.

But of course, they didn't include part of the song that's on the clip we have... so we can't compare. Obviously this is a fake...

Yes "the explosion part" looks like One Vision in Leiden. That was recorded for Veronica's Countdown a dutch program.

It's definitely Budapest. Just a couple of shots filmed by a TV crew for a news item. Hence the different angles compared to the official Budapest release.
