Question!!!! about A Night at the Opera Cover Logo

Hey everyone...I have a question about ANATO. On the cover is the Queen logo (the astrological signs). I know that the left fairy is holding a flute-like instrument in her hand, but I can't make out the fairy on the right side. I see what appears to be a horn. However, I've enlarged the picture as much as I can and I never see her hand or hands actually touching the horn; it simply seems to be resting next to her. If anyone can clear this up or tell me if I'm right or wrong, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm thinking of getting a tattoo of her and I want to make sure that it's almost perfect! Thank you!

I scanned the album (which, obviously, is bigger than the CD if that's what you're looking at) and the file is 300 dpi - good quality for printing off (for best results take the file on a flash drive or CD and have it printed at 300 dpi at a store or something).
