Hello yeah it's a boot, and if it was 10 years ago this would be a fair price for it, nowadays (with the CDR's and internet) the demand for boot lp's is a lot less , then it was at that time. At the time this was one fo the few ways to obtain live shows like these.
This is indeed a bootleg, it contains the Sapporro 1982 show, and it's indeed very very very rare. The sound of show is near excellent, and the teo torriatte lasts for over 4 minutes (though I prefer the 79 versions of this song!) it's a great show, as were most of the HS japan leg recordings.
For hardcore boot colectors is this one of the gems , I have a copy as well and I love them, though i haven;t bought any boot vinyl since 2002 or so... i love these japanse bootlegs, but high prices have to be paid.
I hope to get my hands on ZOOM LP someday, that's the best but extreme expensive... in boot discographies you can read that people have paid over 2000 euro;s for a copy of the zoom...
