Well it would have to be Sean Connery. Diamonds Are Forever 1971 and then a likeness of him in 2005 with the computer game From Russia with Love, which he re-recorded lines for.
If computer games are not allowed then it's George Lazenby. On Her Majesty's Secret Service 1969 and then in 1983, as James Bond (for legal reasons JB) in The Return of the Man from U.N.C.L.E. Ian Fleming helped create the original The Man from U.N.C.L.E. TV series in the 1960s, so "JB's" appearance is a tribute.

Diane Hartford- 1965 Thunderball; Casino Royale 2006 - interval 41 years. Curiously the second longest interval was 39 years also someone appearing in Casino Royale.
