Bonus tracks from Made in Heaven?

I recently found Made in Heaven album featuring two bonus tracks. One track is 4 seconds long and it`s called Yeah and other is 22 minute instrumental (with no name). I never saw any official Made in Heaven with this two tracks.
Can someone tell me something about it?

They've been there the whole time. The "Yeah" is just the ending of "It's a Beautiful Day (Reprise)," and track 13 is 20 minutes of ambient music. The cassette version of the album ends after "Yeah," but the CD has track 13.

...and the vinyl has a short part of "track 13" in the run-out groove, meaning it'll go on playing forever if you don't have an automatic brake on your turntable.

Anyone know who's laugh is on track thirteen?
