YouTube has "embed" and you just copy-and-paste that into the blog in "html" mode.

I tried posting the link first under html, then the embed and finally just gave up and let people go to the link themselves. :P

When I looked at the entry, I didn't see a video window... I think you're supposed to. I just saw the code I entered.

You post the embed thing on the HTML mode.
When you go back to the normal mode, you'll see a big square where the video is supposed to be. Just publish the entry, and you'll see the video there.
