Problems with my profile

It's like my profile doesn't exist. It doesn't show my name or any information. I've set the "Allow other Queenzone.com members to see your email adress" to yes and no, and it doesn't work. When I set that to "select", this message appears:

Go to tools --> internet options in your Internet Explorer ("Privacy" in Firefox), delete the cookies, empty the cache and restart the browser.
