Freddie Mercury certainly had his weaknesses and his strengths. Consider the fact that he started as a boy who was unsure of his own sexual orientation, who became comfortable with himself, into a sex maniac in the early 80s, and then into a mature man who soon finds out his life has been shortened out by a terrible disease. He lived one of the most tragic lives in rock and roll.
When it's all said and done I believe Freddie Mercury to be a respectable man who was just like you and I, he made mistakes and learned from them. Unfortunatly, that last mistake caught up with him.
