Death Of A Superstar

Police have found the bodies of WWE superstar Chris Benoit along with his wife and child. They believe he has murdered them before killing himself.

i know! i was so shocked to hear this news!

i was HUGE fan of his... i don't get why he had to kill himself and his family... he was at the frickin prime of his career!

this is truly a sad incident. but eddie guerrero's was more sad.

At first i thought it was one of WWE's over-the-top storyline's because it's such an unbelievable thing, but bloody hell....

Yeah they've now scrapped the McMahon death storyline because of what happened. On this weeks RAW it was just Vince standing in an empty arena whilst showing clips of Benoit's greatest matches.....

i had a feeling something had happened whilst watching wwe vengence on sunday night when benoit no-showed and jr and lawler said he had a personal problem re his absence.the last times theyve used that comment were for brian pillman and eddie guerrero when they died and what with the mcmahon limo storyline just starting its ironic how "life does imitate art".
this is as tragic as owen harts death.

I am truly saddened by this tragedy. My heart goes out to his 2 surviving children who are left to make sense of this all. My family are all huge Benoit fans, and it's difficult to explain to my 9 year old what happened. Benoit is a legend.

Haha, that would've been a better dream.

All I remember was that I was in a room with loads of boxes and I turned the TV on and I started watching the news and it said Brian had had a heart attack or something, and then it showed loads of pictures of him dead. Then I started flying and had an argument with my best friend.

Why on Earth did the bastard have to kill his wife and child, too..? Was it not enough to take his own life? I respect him for his career- which I'm sure was very prolific- but as a person, he gets squat from me.

Maybe I'm just not compassionate in the morning.
