I'd say it depends on where those ten years fall. If it's something like 40-30, then it's not a big deal. But if it's something like 29-19 for instance....that's a HUGE gap because the intervening years are incredibly important to mental maturity and development...the thirties and forties aren't so developmentally important

Hmmm, I see what you mean, but I don't think it's always true. I've never gone for men my own age, I've always liked people older, and it's never been a problem for me. It's just at the moment, there's a guy who's 10 years older than me, and I'm not sure if it's a bit much.

My sister is with a guy 15 years older than her, and she met him when she was 18.

Guys at my age are immature, selfish, and vain. That's why I don't have a boyfriend. I'd rather wait. And even if you were ugly, girls would be quite stupid! Please! I loved one of the ugliest guys in my school for almost two years without even knowing him!! (Yeah, I know, that's too much, but I'm a sucker anyway). Do you know what happen to girls that say "I will marry only hot guys"?

a) They stay alone because no real men want someone that thinks like that
b) They marry a hot guy that is always cheating on them with younger and hotter whores (or men)
