I've watched a bit of it, and it's frankly embarrasing - the presenters are trying to hype it up to something that it's not.

And the UP rendition was awful; whatever they did to the arrangement turned it into the most forgettable song ever.

I think it's one big non-event really.

The best act so far was the guy from Supertramp.

Status Quo sucked. They sounded AWFUL.

Does anybody else think that it looks as though the stadium is not full? There seem to be a number of empty seats. Perhaps people left when they realised how bad the performances are.

It just lacks any real atmosphere.

I think the lack of big names appearing kinda shows what a non event it is.

I don't think we'll get Pink Floyd reforming for this one folks ;-)
They should have had The Wiggles open the show and had them explain to the crown how to clap in time.
Non-event of the year.

The Wiggles would of been a lot better than what is on at the moment some shamble of a concert, can't really blame Brian for not wanting a part of it

They sure as hell would have been better than Kayne West. :-S
I'm not a big Rod Stewart fan, but his performance was pretty darn good!

Anyway I wish I was going to the concert!
Brian wrote about it on his soapbox. I love Brian!
if you read between the lines with what brian writes one gets the impression that the version is gonna be shit and he's washing his hands of the whole thing.
