I think that people only deserve that in very very extrem cases. That's terrible.

Yeah yeah I'm portuguese. My English (specially the spoken one : P) may be awful, but I writte 0 mistakes in Portuguese. And even if I didnt, that's not the point.

Yes, some of what is written in my profile has an ironic tone. I dont care if you believe or not; anyway I cannot force you to believe. The only thing I care is the truth, not if other people believe it or not.

I wasn't making fun of Kide Rulz I just wanted to continue the story of shoving the crayon up your ass etc., I thought it was funny. I would have told him if I knew how to change the color. I'm not pathetic enough to make fun of people to feel superior.

I dont want to have a bad argument with you, guys. I was just trying to say that sometimes that kind of jokes may make sensible people feel bad, especially if everybody seems to unite against you because you have difficulties in dealing with something.

But read the original post in this thread. That person either is an old member using a new account to laugh at us, or someone who really has NOTHING to offer to this board other than more spam, more junk, more useless threads...

Besides, look at the amount of people with colorful names. Can you imagine what if each of them had started a new thread just to ask about it? The boards would have nothing but "how do I put colours on my name?" threads. It's just HTML, it's really EASY to find simple HTML tutorials on the internet. If the person is too lazy to Google, she could just go to an existing useless thread and make a post using STANDARD WRITTEN ENGLISH (nothing against people who aren't good English speakers... But everything against people who DO know some but can't be assed to type in a way that regular people would understand - this place isn't a playground for native English speakers between 10 and 15 years old, this is a forum visited by "old" people and foreign people!) kindly asking one of the users how to put colors on the name.

To answer your question... I figured out by myself, I didn't ask anyone. I knew some HTML, and when people began to colour their names for the first time (people didn't use to do it a couple of years ago), I tried to use HTML and it worked.

No offense, nothing against you, don't get me wrong. You seem to be a good person. :) I'm just pointing out why I wouldn't stimulate that person to keep posting. The goal IS to give a bad impression, at least to people like that.
