Can anybody tell me if this is a pirate or not?

As most of you know, I've been collecting Queen stuff for a long time now, but it's still difficult to tell what's a pirate and what isn't.

Can anyone help me with this please?

No. A real pirate would have a parrot on his shoulder, hence the need for the eye patch.

Its definetely a pirate coz Roger wore a different coloured stripe top during the "Miracle" vid. Some people just cant do fake stuff properly.....
