Well... I think make up doesn't count as "beauty". If the girl needs something artificial to look really beautiful, then she isn't really beautiful.
But beauty isn't the only thing that matters to me. If I knew Emma Watson in real life and she turned out to be a real nice person, and let's say, I fell in love with her, I wouldn't be like "Raf, give up, she's not the prettiest thing you've seen". At the same time, there are girls who I find REALLY hot but I simply can't stand being near them, because I dislike them.
