I seem to have one, since Im gaining weight and I cant stop eating, Im becoming a fat fuck

I am guessing that this is trying to help give advice. but my first impression was "oooh, ella got a thing for tubbies *gorges on fudge*"

anyway, for Adolfo, give up meat, take 1/4 mile walks everyday, and you'll be skinny again in a couple months. it worked amazingly well for me. if you can't stand to give up meat, cut back on pork and beef, and gorge on chicken and fish, it still works.
