I suspect:

- Freddie: Gryffindor (but he'd sneak over and look at the Slytherin guys)
- Brian: Ravenclaw
- Deaky: hmmm... Ravenclaw
- Roger: oh, damn... hmmm... I can see him in Gryffindor or Slytherin
- Mary A.: Ravenclaw!!
- Jim H.: Hufflepuff I suppose... unless the Sorting Hat took M&M into account, then maybe Slytherin ;)
- Bill Reid: Wouldn't get in unless he knew higher-ups, then he'd prolly be in Slytherin
- Winnie K. - would go to Durmstrang!!! :)

and I can't think of more people at the moment. lol

Hmm. The sorting hat would help. But I'm thinking maybe they would have been too old to go to Hogwarts as students (I don't want to imagine them as 11 year olds). No problem. I think that Brian would be good as the new Divination teacher, Roger would be Herbology, Freddie would finally be their first music teacher (or he could do Transfiguration), and John would be handling something practical like finances - reading over the monthly statements from Gringotts. I think if they needed to rehearse, they would go to the kitchen (good echo there) and entertain the hard working house elves. Freddie could turn the pumpkin juice into champagne quite easily. And, to stand out on performance nights, they could change into white dress robes.

I actually think this thread's pretty clever...
