you're right, of course i can't be totally sure my copy isn't a fake, - i wasn't there recording it while queen was playing it.. so i have to say i am quite sure, because the person i got it from seems to be a serious collector (he warned me from some fake versions i didn't know they are fakes, he has some very rare material, he has been on some concerts and convention, ... - well for me he seems to be serious and honest), on my track is freddie singing and it reminds a little to the later hitman. well and if it isn't "assassin" then it's another rare demo i didn't find anywhere else.
but this sample is a fake, - just listen the good quality, and the voice is not freddies voice, and it has nothing from the song later known as the hitman. but if it makes you happy to believe it's the real one, i'm sorry and will keep my mouth closed, because i don't want to disappoint you or even destroy your pleasure.
