Seeding is easy. Once you have the complete file (either because you downloaded it or you shared it in the first place) you leave the file open - you will see you are uploading but not downloading. That is seeding - simple!

Download and install UTorrent, never had any problems with UTorrent on QZ tracker. I would suggest that program for any tracker. :)
