The provided version has only MJ as in the vocals.

it's really kind from you to make us hear something new

I don't understand... if you listen to the Silver Salmon demo you can clearly hear Freddie talking about the song to someone and asking Roger(?) to play just the rhythm part. Then the demo itself was inserted at that point.

We know that the demo is kinda Queen I period. Freddie's voice appears to be studio early to mid eighties. What is the story behind the studio talk?

The MYTH is that it was recorded during the NOTW sessions, and Freddie's "we want to play Silver Salmon but he doesn't know it" should be about John Deacon, who didn't know the song.

But I would also like to know the FACTS about this song

is it just me or is Feelings nothing more than a different version of Feelings, Feelings........which would date it to the NOTW sessions if so........it doesnt really sound like early-70s-Freddie to my ears either....

I'm 100% sure it was recorded in 1977. Check out the link "Leaky Luke" posted to see the arguments on both sides and decide for yourself.. :)

The funny thing is that I've used the same arguments a couple of months ago in some other thread :)
But still it's a theory (even when I agree)
