Thank God it`s Christmas (proper version)

Hi everybody,

although we have four months to go `til christmas i wanted to ask if someone could upload the version with the proper intro ?! I want to make a special CD with all the wonderful christmas tracks we know. Should be a special present for my dad.
If its official or so than i would pleased if at least the intro is uploaded so that i can cut it to the common version myself.

I have to query that.
I dug out my 7" vinyl and the intro is exactly the same as the one that's been on CD all these years - so where do people get the impression that there's a longer intro from?

No. It's on the US "The Queen Collection" box-set. That set contains a Hollywood Records Greatest Hits 1 CD, a Classic Queen video, and a cd-single containing Queen Talks and the proper Thank God It's Christmas.

A version of this or the few seconds of the beginning were shared here last year, maybe someone could upload it again ?!

a Classic Queen video ? In my green box its 2Cds + CDS Queen Talks (paper CDS)

What's 'proper' about it? I'm not aware of any other version, apart from the aforementioned 12".

There's a way to stop all the fighting in the Middle East, and I'm sure it'd work elsewhere too...
