I loved 'a life in his own words'. Amazing how they made a whole book out of his quotes. It's like Freddie is really talking to you.

Freddie Mercury: A Life In His Own Words is a very very very good book in my opinion.

I am Queen's archivist and I've been collecting books on the band, and Freddie, for 30 years, so I've read everything ever written, and I think this one is exceptional and magnificent and probably the best Freddie book there is.

I bought it and I loved reading it. It's very funny in places, and poignant and just like having Freddie there in the room with you.

It's a fine and wondrous piece of work. Simon Lupton co-compiled it and did an arrsom job... as they say in the States. Really ARRSOM!!!
