I've been reliably informed that Hollywood Records are releasing a series of Queen karaoke CDs, in three volumes, the first of which is due out pretty soon (well, in time for the Christmas market probably), featuring eight of Queen's greatest hits.
It looks like it's part of Disney's 'Artist Karaoke Series'.
And I've also heard that the A-Z thingy will also run to three volumes.

Sure Queen Productions already have a karaoke dvd/cd of their GH1 and GH2 and some of GH3...try amazon.com

Only 8 tracks per disc?
So they can recycle the Japanese Karaoke discs across 4 discs?
That's the way to make money, no need to add Live Aid on...
A-Z of Queen 2 & 3? OK, they're mass market compilations with decent tracklistings and good artwork that aren't targetted at me. No worries

The real strange thing about the Walmart release is the total mix up of Queen studio video clips, Queen live clips and QPR live clips. It feels very weird to see Freddie perform CLTCL in Wembley and then Paul Rodgers performs Fat Bottomed Girls to be followed by the Innuendo promo clip and a Brian/Roger interview from the Wembley DVD...

It doesn't seem like such an odd collection of clips once you see it's compiled in a way to feature all the releases...
1- A Kind of Magic from Video Hits 2 DVD
2- Another One Bites the Dust live from On Fire at the Bowl DVD
3- Bohemian Rhapsody from Video Hits 1 DVD
4- I Want It All from Return of the Champions DVD
5- Crazy Little Thing Called Love from live at Wembley Stadium DVD
6- Don't Stop Me Now from Video Hits 1 DVD
7- Fat Bottomed Girls from return of the Champions DVD
8- Innuendo music video
9- an interview segment that was on the Live at Wembley Stadium DVD
Considering that HR is pushing for QPR instead of Queen (well, they're the ones with a new album coming out!), it's no surprise to see Paul Rodgers singing on the vides... I suppose we can expect even more of him in the following installments, when the release date of the QPR album gets closer. :/

It looks to me like HR could be trying to push Queen in the States before a QPR album hits the stores.

I wish Brian May had said on his soap box that all proceeds of this DVD go to Live Aid and not that Live Aid "will be benefiting very well" which is not the same in my language understanding.
