I sent you guys John Deacon's shorts, you still haven't returned them.
The beauty of this is that they'll fit in a standard envelope. Fantastic, eh!

Quit trying to steal my shit, Purvis! You know all that stuff is mine, except for the sandwich, that is... It's probably hard as a rock by now anyways.
You stole from me first, Cargill!!

Hang on just a minute. I believe that at least half of all that stuff is mine.
I think the sandwich is yours. The rest is mine.
Except for the live recordings. Those are definitely mine.

Greg, re:

>>JOHN STUART.... would you like to jump in again at this point and tell us all again how I lost your tape in 2000 and how it got bootlegged again.

I fail to understand your attitude sometimes.

Unbelieveable - why the hell SHOULDN'T he "bleat" on about it. Put yourself in his position for a moment and I'm sure you'd feel the same. Most of all, Justin actually ASKED if anyone else had had a similar experience to him - John answered the question to someone that CLEARLY didn't know.

Greg, why do you do this? You / QPL (whoever) fucked up and have not, seemingly, compensated JSS for his loss *in any way*. Yet you seem to brush it off as if it either didn't happen, you / QPL were not in any way responsible or that it doesn't matter.

For every increase in the level of your credibility within the fanbase (fulfilling the promise on the live list), it takes double the jumps back (this!).

I would like to see John Stuart as Queen Archivist. No offence to GB intended at all so don't take any.
and Mr. Brooks... why don't you EVER reply to the important questions that people ask you?

LOL
How much did JSS pay for the Ibex tape?
You mean financial cost or time/legwork tracking it down?

Even if he put a price on it, that's not the point either - it was his to do with as he pleased, but an unfortunate event occurred and he lost that opportunity.

I understand why he's disappointed in a very permanent way about this, but I didn't agree that he should have aired it at that point - as I said on the thread in question. It's a shame GB didn't rise above it given JSS' last post on that thread, but then it's a shame I'm a git to new posters and it still happens...

I believe I lent you a Queen bass player sometime in the 1990's.

I haven't seen him since.

Can I please have him back? I'm a completist when it comes to these things.

No, that one's not QP's property. I traded him for a pound of orange peccoe tea and a Velvet Underground first pressing with Veronica. I don't regret it either, he makes a fine cup of tea.
