I'm sure Queen has had their share of rip offs and has been inspired by other artists, like it should be. Artists have influences over other artists and that shows in their works, something that Treasure Moment thinks is cool for his band (like you sounded like Queen, anyway) but is a lack of creativity and an insult coming from other bands.
Some examples:
- The Queen II cover was inspired by a picture of Marlene Dietrich.
- ANATO and ADATR are the titles of two movies by the Marx Brothers.
- The NOTW cover is a copy of a Comic Book Magazine that Roger saw in an exposition.
- The Jazz cover was inspired by a graffiti that the band saw in a street wall.
- The Innuendo cover and all the artwork used illustrations by Grandville. Not based on, but actually using the same images and just putting the "Queen" letters over it.
... and this is only artwork.

I only found it funny that a band wich is often compared to Queen (and is saying they are influenced by them) is using a crest logo (looking like the Queen crest) on their official memorabillia) Nothing less, nothing more.
Secondly, I absolutely LOVE Muse. Possibly the best rock band at the moment. Seen them live in Antwerp last year.. great show, great music... just great.

Did you even read the rest of his comment? Immitation is not in any way stealing or copying. You should look immitation up in the dictionary and then throw it at your head and kill yourself. Look at all the Queen tribute bands. Would you seriously be so anal as to think that they are "stealing" and "copying" Queen's music? It's not like they actually think they can as good as the original. They're simply paying tribute because they have the upmost respect and love for Queen. This may be the case for Muse, although I doubt they based their logo on Queen's. I bet you're one of the people that think Paul Rogers is the worst thing to ever happen to music.
