Saw this on another forum and had to post for the guitarists amongst us.

Looking forward to it more than ever. And really hoping to invest in one. Hope the price mark is a goodun! And September?! Fast work or well planned? They've certainly got the right expertise on-board for them.

I suspect that if it sells they will extend the run, however, as the price will be significantly higher than the current models I don't expect they will fly off the shelves
If there's only 150 being made, then people like myself will need to be ready for it. That ain't a lot. Especially since people like KZ and Greg Fryer have been involved in this one. It may be the best official copy there will ever be! I mean...150 is a very small amount when you think about it, and the fans that read this thinking the same as moi.

The Burns' were originally a limited run. They'll make 150, see how they do and then make more if they take off, I think.
Although, they only made 316 of the first run of Guild's, which all sold out, and didn't make any more until '93 if I'm not mistaken.
They'll go for a limited run, then they'll sell the "pro" model without Bri's sig. It's happened before and it'll happen again. They were 316 made for the mid 80's run and 1000 (signature) models for the 90's. After the 1000 were sold back in the mid 90's, Guild sold the "Pro" model which was the same as the Signature, just without the sig. Then they had other versions of the Guilds, like the "special" and the "standard". They do look very nice though. Time to start saving.
