Colin McRae 1968-2007?

It would seem that one of the world's greatest rally drivers has been killed in a helicopter crash at his home in Strathclyde but officially he is still alive

Nah it's generally accepted that he and his son were on the helicopter, along with two others.

Very sad indeed.

Very shocking and sad news indeed. Only yesterday after seeing an advert for his new game "Dirt" we were talking about what he was up to and whether one day he would return to rallying. Sadly, that will never happen.

God as my witness, I am never ever getting in a helicopter.
A plane? Still dangerous if it loses power, but at least it operates on a principle that isn't totally negated if the engine shits itself.
A helicopter??? DROPS LIKE A SACK OF SHIT if the power goes off.

RIP Colin McRae ... you were an awesome driver, but obviously left a bit much to be desired as a pilot.
