Not neccessarily so,they could be standard VOBs that are joined.

That word "joined" wouldn't be in the torrent title unless something wrong had been done.So it's not even worth downloading to look IMO.Its a trade pool polluter.A stealth DVD.Crap on a disc,whatever way you look at it.

I suppose i'm meant to be grateful for someone destroying history.
When things like stealthing VCD to DVD happen,my thx goes to the person who has the original untouched version preserved whether we see it or not.

Even if this was a 2 discs DVD mpeg version converted joined I'd rather not get it and go for the untouched DVD version.

I am happy to have a mpg1(!) VCD copy of Rory Gallagher at Middlessex 1979 from the well know ROCK MASTERS label.
And I tell you: pictures and sound on the mpg1 have the same quality as our ROCK MASTERS Queen Hammersmith 75 DVD!

Its stupid to judge and reject a show, only because its mesures and values.
Use your eyes and ears, and then make a decision.

We don't have anything against VCD. Of course the VCD version of Hammy 75 from Rock Masters is the best version available as well.
Point is, the best version available should be around if possible, Brian's gig in this case. Besides, it's easier for uploaders & downloaders with crappy broadband connections to share a VCD than a DVD, there is no point of converting VCD or even SVCD to DVD when u can upload the stuff you have in the original format you obtained it.
It's just like distributing FLAC shows encoded from MP3, don't you think? ;-)
