Downloading Media Files (video)

Hi guys

Thought I'd ask a question and see if anyone can help

There is a web site called http://www.fabchannel.com and they stream live concerts... the files appear to be Macromedia Flash Player files

I was wondering if anyone new how to download or capture them ?

any help would be great

They might be able to help you download the stuff, and they also provide the proper player to run that video format.
