Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" has been crowned the British's best music video of all time.

Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" has been crowned the British's best music video of all time. A poll found the groundbreaking video for the rock song was the top choice of 30 per cent of voters. Michael Jackson's "Thriller" took second place with 13 per cent of the vote, while Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me A River" came in third with 12 per cent.

Fourth place was held by A-Ha's "Take on Me" with 7 per cent and OK Go's "A Million Ways" came fifth with 9 per cent. Britney Spear's "Baby One More Time" only managed to limp in at 15th place, with 2 per cent of votes.

Bbc
ok, by BBC viewers / voters.

Let's face it, it's not the best ever.

It's a good one, it was the first and made with a low budget that made it brilliant.

I could name a few video's wich are much better (made).
We must all see to believe...
A better video by Queen would be "The Miracle" although the song it self is not that great.

I have always liked the "Breakthru" video...
Chuck Norris never sleeps, he waits...
I'm Going Slightly Mad would probably get more credit if it were more well-known. It's brilliant.

Im going slightly mad or breakthru. Both great videos. Better than bo rap.
Ok. Let's set Queen aside for a minute.

Better than Sledgehammer?
Better than She's A Beauty?
Better than You Can Call Me Al?
Better than a Snoop Dogg video?

Please return that poll and see if you can get your money back.
My opinion is that "Innuendo" is the best video. And one of the best songs.
Bohemian Rhapsody is not the best video, by far. Almost every Queen video before 1984 is very ordinary and is not very innovative. BoRhap has the distinction of being regarded (somehow) as "the first" promotional music video. Explain "Strawberry Fields Forever" and many others... :S

Ok ok, those were not filmed in video, those were films, those weren't used to promote the single in video music channels, blah, blah, blah.

When I need to provide like 10 additional remarks to justify a claim on a Queen "First" or "Accolade", I'd rather not say it at all.

Still, it is good to see that the video is highly regarded and is kept in so much esteem by the brits. Cool.

'Take On Me' is probably the best video ever.

BoRhap is a good video, but definitely not the best video ever.
