I need to get a Colbert '08 bumper sticker.
That's because he can't afford to fork out the $35,000 required to be a republican candidate.
Plus, he's only running from South Carolina. How is that going to work? Last I heard, that wasn't the state you needed for victory.

Well, technically he didn't "win" the first time. I hate the damn electoral vote. It makes it completely pointless for me to bother voting non-Republican in a presidental election. The 8 S.C. votes will ALWAYS go to a Republican.
