John S S, I'm not familiar with that box set. Is it a bootleg of studio outtakes? Was it released & I somehow missed out on it? Can't be. Anyway, I have a cassette w/ outtakes from the Griffiti sessions. Includes In My Time of Dying, The Rover & some Elvis jams. Theres more to it but I can't remember. It is great hearing Bonzo chew out Plant cause he keeps messing up the timing of vocals on IMTOD. "You don't F-ing listen thats your problem Bob!" is what he say. Priceless!

There is an excellent 11 CD boxset of Led Zep studio outtakes - which is really worth getting hold of. I think it is imaginatively entitled: 'Outtakes und Rehearsels'.

I'm normally a lot more interested in live stuff than studio work... But that doesn't mean I don't like studio work! Thanks for the suggestion!!! :)

Yes, bootleg, and yes it has 'physically' been released as I have seen the CD's at record fairs.
There are other studio bootlegs too.

Now - I would never advocate breaking the law, but I have also seen this 11 CD box set on some torrent sites, but I genuinely do not know where to download from.

I think this is why Queen fans sometimes feel a bit miffed - as 'most' other bands seem to have loads of studio bootleg stuff!
