Band equipment

Does anyone know which strings John and Brian used and which guage. Also we all know Brian used Vox AC30's but what AMPS did John use?

Brian nowadays uses Optima Gold strings. From what I remember he used, or used to use .008 gauge strings - way too light for my liking. Each to their own though.

He uses 9's.
