Houston 77 - mediafire (DVD + FLAC)

As requested, here is a mediafire re-upload of this concert. The DVD This is the version which pow wow (thanks again) provided to me, its lineage should be something like master tape > PAL VHS > PAL VHS > PAL DVD This version does not have a menu, the chapter beginnings are on random positions and it has only ac3 audio, but it has the best video quality. I have created a re-authored version of this DVD, but since I re-encoded a part of the video, I decided to post this pow wow's version. 928 is synchronising this video with a lossless audio.I'm doing the same so let's see who will be faster :-) Here you have 41 files which you have to join using hjsplit, or Total Commander (double-clicking the crc file), or running the bat file. I have no idea how to do it on a Mac or Linux, sorry. After joining these parts you will get one big iso file, which you can play using VLCPlayer or burn with your favorite burning application (like IMGBurn or Nero). I've received it in a trade a long time ago, but I ASSUME that the lineage is something like this : master tape > NTSC VHS > ??? > FLAC This recording runs something slower that the audio on the PAL DVD, so I ASSUME it comes from an NTSC VHS tape. Big thanks for this, I wanted an audio only of Houston for some time now.
I have the "Definitive Houston" DVD bootleg wich i'm happy with so I wont download this one. But can't wait to get the lossless audio version.

I now remember that the concert was being upgraded by 928, and that you also were working on this. So this is a "temp" DVD, I think we should have the "best version available" available next !! That's great news. We all enjoy when somebody shares his work here, truely nice !

Finished downloading the audio and listening now.
It's GREAT, even on my laptop speakers. I just miss earing the audience responding to the performance though. That is the one thing I don't realy like on SBD recordings, it sounds like there is nobody there attending the show.

Just my personal taste, I often prefer a good AUD recording to a SBD one. It makes me feel more like i'm part of the show.

Great performance by the band on this one though :)

I actually started to sync this lossless audio to the video, but I stopped when 928 announced his project, so I'm curious how will his final product look and sound like.

This lossless audio comes from the old VHS tape, so it's almost complete (it misses a minute before White Man and the audience cheering between encores, but it has all songs).

But if you are doing it ,mine will stay trade only to selected trade people.Thats how i usually do things so no problem.
