Your best source for this is "The Magic Years" series of 3 VHS videos. Failing that try "Champions Of The World" on VHS.

There is footage from the Live Killers tour from Brussels, Rotterdam, Germany, Spain etc. It's out there you just have to search for it. Even my cousin gets a small interview on the German program but his English is dubbed into German. He was their lighting director at the time.
