You're right about everything except track 13, which is from 4-1-76.
Tracks 8 and 10 are indeed from 3-31-76, but they are definitely an different source than the Royal Opera and Operatic Ecstasy bootlegs... which is interesting, because the intro of SSOR is cut on that source.
