Well, until you're a famous rockstar and you actually have a bunch of screaming fans, you could hide the fact that the person screaming on your first guitar smashing video was your sister. ;P 10 years after your first famous album was released, you could release a special DVD, and on the interview you could comment how in the beginning your sister was the only one to scream your name and you used to spread stories about sexy ladies in the audience begging to be your groupies. :P

Not hard of hearing, it's just that I've glued the guitar together again and it's ready for Round 2!
