That is a good thing, as it shows Venezuelan people in general are not THAT blinded by Chavez's assistencialism, not to mention it also shows Chavez isn't as popular as he wants us all to believe, and everybody knows it now.
But still, he's got so much power that I wouldn't be surprised if he found another way to be the president for another bunch of years.

Raf is right.. and it was a close finish. So a lot of people did vote for the law change. But it's great news indeed. Chaves is really trying to make himself popular by his cheesy talks with his kid on his arm. Good to see not everybody is blinded by that image.
