I rarely rely on the descriptions amazon uses. I've seen them just import info from their foreign sites for use on the US one.
Besides, it still doesn't explain a completely different release date.

Hehehe.. remember, these foreigners use that weird date system, so the 9 and 11 are days of January, not months. That actually sounds about normal for delivery.. you'll probably receive it a few days sooner than that though. It's usually just about exactly one week for me in Kansas from the UK.

It might be because it takes Amazon a couple of weeks to get an imported cd in stock. There will be no US release of this single.
