What is going on with movie based on Freddie's life?

it seems like everybody forgot about this.. will it happen? when? ...

There was a thread about Johnny Depp and casting a couple days ago. My latest update is that Michael Cunningham wrote the script, and it's in development. That's all I know.

It sounds boring when that guy says it'll be about one week in his life. It'll probably be the week involving Wembley, since, it'll have LOTS AND LOTS of singing.

Or it might be really good and leave the viewer wishing for a more complete bio, like 'Capote' did. Either way that sucks though. I'll go see it and buy it of course, but I have zero excitement about it ;)

I hope it's true! I love Johnny Depp! It would be interesting to see someone elses depction of the man himself.
