If there was a Miracle Tour would do you think the setlist would have been.

my guess would be something like this:

One Vision
Tie Your Mother Down
In The Lap Of The Gods
Seven Seas Of Rhye
Keep Yourself Alive
Liar
Under Pressure
Scandal
Who Wants To Live Forever
I Want To Break Free
Scandal
Guitar Solo
Now I'm Here
Is This The World We Created...?
Love Of My Life
Breakthru
Bohemian Rhapsody
Hammer To Fall
Crazy Little Thing Called Love
I Want It All
Radio Ga Ga
We Will Rock You
We Are The Champions
God Save The Queen

I know it looks like the setlist from the Magic Tour but nobody's perfect
Sorry under I Want To Break Free is ment to be The Miracle, my mistake
If There Was A Miracle Tour... it would have been.
"Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make."

The Golden Gate Bridge should have a long bungee cord for people who aren’t quite ready to commit suicide but want to get in a little practice.
If there was a list of people who post hypothetical questions who would be on it?
I thought there was a Miracle tour in 1990? Am I mistaken?

No, you're thinking of the band's quest to hit every single pub in England during a four-month period in 1990. They jokingly referred to it as the "Jesus, it's a Miracle We Don't Have to Tour Tour."
"Do you think I should keep this mustache? Did you say no? F--- off."
Grammar issues:

"If there was" (actually "if there were") means speculation on the present.

Hypothesis about the past goes like this: "if there had been,... it would have ..."
Civilization of a society is measured by the way they treat their animals.
If there was a Miracle tour it would not be called The Miracle tour because if there was a Miracle tour there wouldn't be no tour.
