Jan. 16th was only a soundcheck with a brazilian band called Os Paralamas Do Sucesso. ;)
The whole date confusion is because the concerts were officially scheduled for January 11th and 18th, but on both occasions it started after midnight. So, the tickets said "11" and "18", the audience arrived on those days, respectively, the opening acts started playing when it was "officially" the 11th and the 18th, but by the time Queen entered the stage, it was already the 12th and the 19th.
By the way, better not upload anything related to Rock in Rio here on Queenzone. The official Rock in Rio VHS comes from both nights. It's a shame, as the VHS is very short, and it's lovely to have complete concerts. But the rules here on Queenzone don't allow it to be shared here. So, let's use these other "liberal" trackers, such as the russian one. Or the Hub. :) :) :)

I already have the video in question, but what always strikes me as being really stupid is when someone says a concert cannot be shared here because a small percentage of that concert was used in an official release. What makes it even more stupid is that, in this case certainly, the bootleg video is far worse quality than the official release! It's like Dime etc insisting that a couple of songs are removed from the Houston concert that was uploaded because they are on an official release! Utter Madness.
The downloading of a bootleg will NOT affect the income of Queen Productions as they haven't bothered to release it and therefore they have decided (so far) they're not interested in making an income from it.
The downloading of a bootleg which contains footage that was partially used in an official release will NOT affect Queen Productions income because people will still go and buy said official release for the better picture and sound and the footage which they have NOT got as part of the bootleg download!!!
Oh, and don't ask why this is in bold because I don't know the answer!

I find it kind of "madness" too, but it's the rules on the website. Queenzone is quite liberal: we can share the whole Houston concert here without removing the songs featured on Rare Live, for example.
The thing is, a major part of the official Live in Rio VHS comes from this video.

Besides, why would someone bother buying an incomplete and heavily edited VHS when they can get a full concert? So, a complete Rock in Rio DVD is potentially harmful to the sales.
Ok - what sales can be spoiled if the VHS is out of print?
I personally think we should be allowed to share out of print material. But then, we don't know how QP would behave. As pointed out many times on this website, bootlegs are a "neutral" area. There's no absolute "right", there's no absolute "wrong". Queen Productions could start legal action because of half a song, or they could keep their mouths shut and leave us alone even if we share out of print material, we'll never know.
So, the owner of the site made some rules that aren't too strict (unlike Dime, if 2 minutes of your 120-long minutes video are official, you don't need to remove them), but at the same time, they protect the website "enough".
I guess most users who say "out of print videos are not allowed here" - includind myself - actually support sharing of those. They were released in VHS format ages ago, you can't buy them in convencional shops anymore, you can't buy them in digital format (unless you get a pirate one)... But they could give some headache to the guy who owns Queenzone, and that's why he decided that out of print material is not allowed here, neither are the sources used to make the official VHS.
My advice is: use Queenzone as your main source for concerts, and get the banned stuff from other more liberal websites, trackers and hubs. Ages ago I got both Rio and Rainbow on DivX from the Queen Hub, and now that I want to upgrade my whole collection to lossless, I downloaded Rainbow in DVD format from the Hub and I'm currently downloading the Rio torrent (by the way, some error occurred when I tried to use your torrent - but I managed to register myself and download a torr
