Yamaha Tsumagoi Hall, Shizuoka, Japan 29 April 1975. It was actually Roger bending to sit on a box during Brian's solo - it was overhanging the back of the stage & disappeared taking Roger with it. Well, that's at least according to Greg Brooks' book "Queen Live"
