Honestly..."alien baby". At least show some respect. The Harlequin Baby thing (what the baby has in the video) is when a baby is born with very tough almost scale like skin that cracks instead of folding. Some thin skin layers such as the eyelids and lips turn bright red. It's really sad that this disease exists, as nearly all harlequin babies die within weeks of birth as bacteria can easily enter the cracks in the skin.
