WUM can stand for Wind Up Merchant, a person that floods message boards with fake messages just to annoy or disappoing someone. It can also be a female cum, but that doesn´t seem to fit here, as a reel-to-reel covered in "wum" wouldn´t play so nice :-)

i told to you it would take me some time. for gods sake i am blind. can you give me some time i will do as i said. jaws only let me do so much on the computer and i type without being able to see. and with jaws it is not good with getting the timing on recordings right to make mixdowns
