Rapidshare problem: This file is bigger than 100 MB. In order to download this file, either you have to become a premium user, or the owner of this file has to enable "Direct Downloads" for this specific file.

Well in case you can, contact the original uploader for that file and ask him/her to allow the direct download. If you don't have a premium account I can't think of any other chance to get that file.
