See Brianmay.com for infor - Jeez, just what the market needs, ANOTHER 'best of' release. THis one actually is even worse cos it highlights all the tracks used in Japanese advertrising and marketing campaigns, which when you look at listed like this there's a hell of a lot.
Whatever happended to Brian saying he was sick of Greatest Hits releases and would rather people revisited the original albums?!?

Wasn't there talk of a dvd with this release, with all kinds of tv-excerpts? Has this idea been shelved (like a lot of others) or am I confusing this one with another release?

Well that's probably what they're banking on to sell it... it's not worth it to me. I didn't buy the 'Jewels' discs either (except for the DVD). Instead I got the TT remix on the WWRY single ;)
I dunno.. the Queen machine just keeps on chugging away with very little 'new' to offer.. it's kind of amazing really. They know they have some completist fans who will buy *anything* over and over again so why should they stop?
