Actually yes in a way, they are very skilled and good musicians however QUEEN wrote songs in almost every single genre and also did some extraordinary songs like bohemian rhapsody and other complex freddie songs and they have way more good quality songs than toto. One the ones i heard by toto "africa" is their best i think.
So though toto are very skilled they are not quite up there with Queen.
