It's possible that the interview is for real, and it's possible that Zebonka and theCro are one and the same person. And everything between is possible as well. If it's a joke then it's well done. But I'm almost convinced that this time – though it developed exactly like the usual hoax – it's all true.

To prerecord, I'm not interested in that interview at all.

theCro, if your story is in fact true, why don't you share the interview? It sounds unrealistic, that a media station should sell or give away a 30 year old (and not really valuable, to be honest) interview to one person with the obligation not to spread it around.

Know what people might think? You want to keep it for yourself to use it as some kind of currency one day. Pathetic.

Well, The Cro, I have an interview with Freddie from 1990... I will trade. The interview (video), is 16 minutes long and it is from the Headlong video, while Freddie is relaxing. It is just Freddie in his blue suit, and he does indeed smoke cigarettes in the video. He talks about the Innuendo album and also talks about why he doesn't want to tour, and also talks a bit about his personal life (not about his illness though), but he does say "If I'm alive in a year", at one point.

What's interesting from a "people watching" perspective is how Cro's attitude changed so drastically once he got the interview.

The "have not" turned into the "have" with expected results.

A lot can happen in 10 days... David Fuller could contract a rare liver disease from mass alcohal consumption and die in 8 days... Haystacks could be in a massive 1 car pileup and die in his driveway... I could be in my backswing and not see the lightning coming...
