Guess what... The Random Thoughts Thread returns!

my bank [tsb/lloyds] are pushing me that one step nearer to the funny house on the hill..
2 weeks ago[11 march] i contacted them over an overcharge,they said they would cancel it if i put money in the account on the friday[14th] and notify them, which i did,only to be told they had no recollection of me phoning them on the 11th even though they gave me a new account on that day.i asked them to investigate and got a letter last week to say they were doing so and to leave it a week and contact them again for an update.so i phone them today to find out what was going on only to be told firstly that
a] they had no record of me being a customer[even though i have been for 22 years] and after being put through to customer services
b] that they had been waiting for me to call them 2 weeks ago so they could cancel the bank charge i had previously enquired about and that they had now cancelled the charge.
why do i not feel safe with this bank and think i'm still gonna get charged the amount..

I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER TO MY PROBLEMS! PUB! MUAHA.

Now now, no one ever found the solution to their troubles at the bottom of a glass.

What I mean to say is, bottoms up!

MyHeritage is shit.

I put in a photo of myself and it came back with all these Korean and Japanese ladies. I am most certainly not Asian in the least.

I then put the same exact photo in and got all these Russian men.
